We're sure that once you try it, you won't want to leave. The only thing we will ask of you is to respond to a questionnaire to help us understand the reason for your return.
Choosing your shorts
THE choosing your shorts is essential for riding comfortably, It is the only interface between the cyclist and his saddle. They are available with different chamois leathers, straps, materials, etc.
OUR cycling shorts Altitude iincorporates a chamois leather with a thickness of 14mm and a density of 140kg/m3 to accompany you on outings of more than 8 hours. It also has the advantage of being composed of bamboo and recycled polyester and have shock absorption technology. It is long and compressive, and its mesh mity high quality material comes from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The material is mass-dyed to provide greater durability. Finally, it has one-piece suspenders, elastic and seamless to avoid any friction.
These are highly technical shorts with a minimal footprint!
And last detail, we have worked to integrate removable straps, system Easy'loop, on women's cycling shorts to allow them to stop and satisfy a natural need without having to remove their jersey on longer outings. A real game changer !
What will we do if a pair of shorts is returned to us?
At the house of MATCHY, we are committed to a circular approach and giving ALL our products a second life. The idea is obviously the same in this "convinced or refunded" operation: if a pair of shorts does not suit a customer, it will be received, examined and put back into service for a media test, a photo shoot or another event.
As you may know, we work with our manufacturers and a partner company to set up a "crash policy" to repair your bib shorts and jerseys, especially if they are damaged in a fall. These partners will be able to help us in this new operation to ensure the condition of the products. You can learn more more about our eco-responsible commitment in our about section.
Extend this principle to our other products?
As we work With various local manufacturers, we try to keep production volumes consistent with our sales forecasts, so as not to have overstock and limit "waste". In fact, we do not yet have large enough textile volumes to extend this process to all of our products. Bib shorts being the most sought-after product, we therefore have more units and can afford this operation!
