Shipment

• Standard Delivery does not require a signature on delivery.
• Track & Signed delivery requires a signature on delivery 
  We highly recommend you track and signed delivery to follow your parcel.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.




Payment shipment

All products remain MATCHY's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from MATCHY.



Return Policy

All our products are produced in limited quantity. If you ordered the wrong size we propose you to:

• Proceed to an exchange if we still have it in stock.

• Proceed to a refund as soon as we received back the item. Please remember, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, in "as new" condition, unworn and unwashed.

• We won't be able to reimburse return shipping fees. Also, we won't proceed to a refund if the return has been lost. The return process is on your responsibility.

• Refunds will not include the shipping fees.

Write us an email at order@matchycycling.com, including your 'order number', within 14 days after receiving the items. Just to let you know, the exchange may take some time, as we will first review your returned product and then send your new order or refund you the original product.

Regarding any other default product, please email us at order@matchycycling.com and we will look at your enquiry in the fastest delay.




Local Taxes

If you have a shipping address outside of the EU, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority for which you are responsible for paying. We are legally required to declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. If you reject a parcel because of the import duties owed, it will be returned to us and we will ask you to meet the cost of resending.
